He made a mistake on a small filling of mine and now I have to get a root canal which he refuses to pay for. He took me for a fool and thought that he could get away with just putting a huge filling in my mouth for free (because he made the mistake) when it obviously needed a root canal. My family has been going to him for 20 years an he pulls this??..
About Hygienist: They're ok...the receptionist makes many scheduling mistakes. You go in thinking you're getting a cleaning and "oh we don't have you down for that and we can't fit you in."
