This, without a doubt, is the most unprofessional service that I've ever encountered. A money trap. They take X-Rays, let the DR(s) review them, then you will be presented a list of work that needs to be done. If you disagree then you're treated as a hostile patient. Just two examples. My wife went in to have a crown problem corrected. After X-Ray she was presented an unbelievable charge to correct the problem which came to out of pocket payment of $900., after the Delta Insurance payment amount. She then said "just pull it," at which time they refused to pull the tooth. Second visit, two days later, we both went in for "cleaning." They took X'Rays, the second for my wife, and left us sitting in the dental chair for over an hour before we left without the cleaning. Was told that they had to wait for the Dr. to review the X-Rays to see what other work might be needed. Should have know there was a problem with all the "We'll help you with financing advertisement through out the clinic. The receptionists are the most pleasant and amiable people you could meet, on the other hand the female Dr. Ada, was the ruddiest Dr. we've ever met. When she came into the room to access my wife's crown problem she never introduced herself, never said a word except "open your mouth," and never once smiled.
