Love the entire staff. Have often thought they should offer input to other office staff on how to interact and communicate with patients. They are always pleasant and helpful. They stay in "full communication" with each other so there is no "repeating information". Procedures are explained with follow up instructions given verbally and in writing. Dr. Kerbel knows how to pick a team and take care of his patients.
