From the first phone call, Dr. Glenn's staff was professional and yet they maintained a very friendly attmosphere. Dr. Glenn was charming, she treated me as if she had known me for years yet we had only met for the first time on this visit. The prices were within a normal range and making arrangements was a pleasureable experience. Get this, I needed a root canal and eureka, she did it right then. No come back when you can speak pig-latin or waiting for hours. She worked me in and continued to take care of her scheduled clients. She was gentle, caring and was overly concerned that I felt no pain. I couldn't have asked for more. Her entire staff showed the same friendly charm and even one employee who was stressing about her printer was more than willing to answer my questions and was interested in making sure my visit was calm. She too was personally charming. Not that I want anymore dental issues, but when I do, I'll be looking forward to the charm and care I recieved from Dr. Janet Glenn.
I could easily have given them an even higher score, but come on then what would they have to shoot for. Try Dr. Glenn You'll be glad you did!
