Doctor and staff seem disconnected. Assistant wanted to let me go home, without adjusting the crown height. When we took the impression, Dr. Koo was already gone, and the assitant had not clue what to do. I asked her to call him.
During the several month process of different treatments, they changed payment options on me.
Assistants unexperienced. E.g. they took many many x-rays until Dr. Koo was satisfied with the picture. Seem to be insensitive to the extended exposure to radiation I had to go through.
I cannot recommend this doctor. For your healths sake, you should find someone else.
