Worst dentist office I have ever been in. Office Staff provided 4 different fees for a filling, all on the same morning of the scheduled appointment. First I was told Aetna Dental Insurance does not cover fillings so I would be responsible for $366.00. Then I was told they made a mistake and Aetna Dental insurance covers all but $134.80. Then I was told insurance covers all but $25.00. I had to remind the cashier of the $134.80. When I became concerned about their statement that showed a $522.20 balance, I requested confirmation of the $134.80 billing that they received from Aetna. I was told that neither Lyndsie, the office staff or Mona, the office manager, had time to help. This was after Lyndsie said the fee I paid for the filling was "only an estimate"... In my opinion, it makes little difference whether a business is a dentist office, a law office, or an auto repair shop. They are all based on customer service and fair dealing, neither of which was available at Alexandria Old Town Dental.
