I had a very bad experience with this dentist in June 2007. His facility is not well maintained: in the waiting room you could see stains on the ceiling. Also he consulted me in a room that was poorly equipped; I could see black stains on a white wall. He never called me by my name once. I felt like receiving a second class citizen service. I was really disappointed to a point that I could not even relaxed. Dr.Michael noticed that I was really uncomfortable and finally he stopped treating me and decided to recommend me to a gum specialist. For a first visit I didn't even received either dental x-ray or bitewings. Also talking of the cup of water on the side of the chair that he asked me to use for rinsing off my mouth, I could never believe that was plain water, I went to see several dentists around the world but I never got this plain water cup, they always use a sanitized solution to prevent infection and kill germs, so please this guy needs to really work on his customer service and never underestimates who walks into his dental facility. I wish you good luck with him; you may be more fortunate than I was.
