Dr. Chuang is a kind and gentle dentist and I enjoyed working with her for more than a decade. However, I left Dr. Chuang in 2014 because an upper bridge she installed was not aligned correctly causing pain and irritation. The bridge protrudes and the upper lip becomes overhanging. Part of the upper lip has been pushed down and folded underneath, pressing the lower lip, causing irritation. As a result, my mouth is unbalanced because of the misalignment. In fact, the upper bridge was replaced once by Dr. Chuang, she installed the original bridge a few years prior and it was noticeably misaligned so she replaced it with adjustments. When I inquired about the irritation and overhanging, her reasons did not sound logical to me and she did not take further actions to investigate the problem. For example, she didn't take x-rays or check the bridge alignment thoroughly... Since I didn't get satisfactory answers from her, I went to another dentist. The dentist checked and investigated thoroughly about my problem and told me that the bridge is the culprit.
I don't like to write bad reviews about anybody, regardless, this is my real life experience and I hope that no one will go through the pain like I have been since Nov 2013.
