Dr. Byers is very paranoid about patients being out to get him. After he extracted my tooth I was still having significant pain many hours later so I called in and explained that the medicine he prescribed was ineffective and that I needed to come back in. When I came back in he treated me like a criminal, literally. He had pulled my DEA report and jumped to the conclusion that I was after drugs. He did not give me the chance to explain that I only wanted him to fix the hole in my mouth and that I had medicine at home from another doctor. On one occasion I had a problem after hours that he needed to treat promptly. While he was working on me his phone repeatedly went off and he had to go answer it. He came into the exam room and asked me if he could take a picture of me so he could prove that he was at work to somebody in his personal life. I agreed, although very uncomfortable with the request. Extremely unprofessional coward.

About Front Desk: The receptionist is typically very nice. But the women at the back desk are very rude and unfriendly.
