Upon moving to the DC area several years ago, I was referred to Dr. Yedigarian by a respected work colleague. When I espressed initial skepticisim with my friend's overenthusiastic recommendation, she assured me that Yedigarian was indeed a great dentist and that I would not be disappointed.
Now after seven years as a patient of Dr. Yedigarian, I can confirm that my friend was right. Yedigarian has been the best dentist I've ever had. His greatest attributes are his kindness, attention to detail, and communication skills. He always thoroughly explains what he is going to be doing and why he needs to do it. He likes to explain your x-rays in detail and enjoys showing how his more advanced dental equipment works.
My wife is also a recent convert to his practice and agrees. She's had more dental problems than anyone I know (extractions, route canals, implants, infections, etc.) and he has expertly handled them all (where other dentists have been unable to in the past).
His staff and assistants are also wonderful. I would recommend Dr. Yedigarian to everyone in our area.
