Mean, argumentative, rushed, in a hurry, loud and abrupt. I had never met him before that I can recall (I have been a patient there 5 years) I usually deal with Dr. Lachine and Dr. Wendell. BUT, Boxx is the senior (managing partner). Now that I have had a taste of how he (i.e. the entire practice) feels about "nervous" people such as myself, I am switching to a more compassionate dentist. I WOULD NOT recommend this office to others; go to a more CARING empathetic dentist!!

About Front Desk: front desk receptionist is not friendly, and rarely at her desk!! although when the office manager or one of the dentists are present she pretends to be pleasant. Totally insincere.

About Hygienist: All the hygienists are nice there....very thorough and professional
