I have been a patient for 14 years with this dental practice. The first 8 or 9 everything was fine...billing was good, dentists were consistant etc.
The last 5 or 6 years something has happened...maybe the practice has grown too much too fast (I do know that Dr Hansen is only in the office on Mondays from about 4 pm to 8 pm) but the entire quality of the organization has become very poor.
When the office manager makes a billing error you have to argue with her until she understands...double billing, billing for work that had to be re-done due to their poor dental practices, insurance contract discounts not given.
Even Dr Hansen himself won't stand up and admit he made an error. My son recently received a temporary implant that we supposed to represent his permanent one....the temporary one was put in crooked, not sealed (it turned blue from toothpaste) and when we had to spend an addtional $180 for a new retainer after the permanent implant was complete he argued about who was responsible for that cost as well.
Even the hygienist have issues. They recommended orthodontic procedures that don't even exist in practic any more.
Come on people. Get it together. I expect better than this from my mechanic. You're fired!
