I have been a patient for 14 years with this dental practice. The first 8 or 9 everything was fine...billing was good, dentists were consistant etc.
The last 5 or 6 years something has happened...maybe the practice has grown too much too fast (I do know that Dr Hansen is only in the office on Mondays from about 4 pm to 8 pm) but the entire quality of the organization has become very poor.
When the office manager makes a billing error you have to argue with her until she understands...double billing, billing for work that had to be re-done due to their poor dental practices, insurance contract discounts not given.
Even Dr Hansen himself won't stand up and admit he made an error. My son recently received a temporary implant that we supposed to represent his permanent one....the temporary one was put in crooked, not sealed (it turned blue from toothpaste) and when we had to spend an addtional $180 for a new retainer after the permanent implant was complete he argued about who was responsible for that cost as well.
Even the hygienist have issues. They recommended orthodontic procedures that don't even exist in practic any more.
Come on people. Get it together. I expect better than this from my mechanic. You're fired!

I was in terrible pain on a Saturday morning. They got me in the same day! Everyone was friendly and the doctor was very gentle. I needed a root canal and crown. I found my new dentist!

Very helpful in figuring out my insurance. The appointment was quick and painless. I had my crowns in 2 weeks. Great staff and great personalized service.
About Hygienist: My family and I have had the best Hygienst there. For years and years. She is so friendly and gentle.

I was yelled at repeatedly by Hanssen for having a small mouth. He had to work on a back tooth, and he greatly increased my anxiety, caused a lot of pain, let me go home in pain with no pain medicine, and it was just a horrible experience.
Cindy, the office manager doesn't understand that there are occasional family emergencies. She just slaps on another 50 dollar charge and reads you the riot act. Most of the good staff they once had, have left due to her and hanssen.
