I was yelled at repeatedly by Hanssen for having a small mouth. He had to work on a back tooth, and he greatly increased my anxiety, caused a lot of pain, let me go home in pain with no pain medicine, and it was just a horrible experience.
Cindy, the office manager doesn't understand that there are occasional family emergencies. She just slaps on another 50 dollar charge and reads you the riot act. Most of the good staff they once had, have left due to her and hanssen.
