In my family's experience, this dental practice is fine except for one huge exception: The customer service piece of the business is completely non-existent at the front desk. We have/have had insurance and when you call to schedule an appt or procedure, the first thing out of the receptionist's mouth is how much it is going to cost and how you intend to pay. The tone is the most irritating part as she talks to you as if you as if it were the DMV.
Dr Schaefer, If you ever happen to read this, you lost 2 potentially life-long patients because of "Vicky" at the reception desk. She is extremely rude and has no place in a role dealing with the public. the rest of your staff is great but "Vicky" so irritating, I'd rather go somewhere else.
