I paid in full, had the surgery. I moved country and have been emailing and calling and they will not give me my dental record.. I have gad to threaten them with legal action and still no help. I cannot get dental work done where i live without the records
Don't use these guys are not straight shooters
I will be filing with the relevant authority.
Medical records are private property
