Not recommended due to lack of documentation needed. It is been over a month with no report.

About Front Desk: Front desk lacks customer service. I had a patient go into see Dr. Brooks May 28th 2015 and still waiting for the consultation report. In the mean time, Patient is suffering from pain in mouth. I cannot submit request to insurance without that note from the doctor. I have called numerous times and still no report. Horrible customer service by front desk and the doctor himself.

Dr. Brooks is very good, hes patient, and a loving Dr. that cares for his patients. I had 5 teeth extracted no pain what so ever. Now thats a plus for me because i am scared of a dentist. He made me fell so at home relaxed and him and his staff took good care of me.

Dr. Brooks himself is comforting and a good dentist, but his staff is horrible. They are incompetent and dishonest. I had a bad experience with their billing and estimates. DO NOT trust their estimates. I was given an estimate that was way off. I assumed that they would give an accurate estimate, especially since they are up front about getting full payment before the procedure. Later I found out that they use a very naive way of getting an estimate, and they were very closed lip about explaining why they do it that way. First of all, they use a third-party insurance consultant company to get their estimates. The woman in charge of finance at the office assured me that she got an estimate directly from my insurance company. However, I asked her to send me a copy of the estimate and she sent me something called a "Benefax". It was NOT an estimate from my insurance company, it looked more like a summary of benefits that just listed general info about the plan. It did not have an itemized list of procedures that were being performed with their insurance codes and their cost like a real estimate would. I looked up Benefax and they are private consultants. Their estimates mean nothing.

Dr Brooks is an oral surgeon. I went to him for removal of all 4 of my wisdom teeth at once (some people get them removed one side at a time). I was not put under completely, just used local anesthetic. The longest part of the procedure was getting the local anesthetic, and waiting for it to take effect. The removal of my teeth was very quick (10 minutes for all 4). This is because I was lucky enough not to need incision of the gums. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Also, there's a pharmacy on the 1st floor of the building, so you can get your prescription filled right away. The convenience is very nice. There has been no post-op pain or discomfort.

I had my wisdom teeth removed yesterday and I was happy with both his work as well as his staff. I still have some time to cover for my full recovery but so far so good.

I got all four wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Brooks. He and his staff were super professional and friendly. I was a nervous wreck about getting my wisdom teeth out, but they were really understanding, answered all my questions, were very patient, and assured me everything would be okay. And indeed everything was okay! The surgery was painless. I followed all the instructions they gave me after the operation, and I healed up very well -- with no dry sockets! I've been recommending Dr. Brooks to all my friends and coworkers who need to get their wisdom teeth extracted. It's hard to find a good oral surgeon that you can trust, so I'm really glad I found him. (Thanks Dr. Oogle!)
