After another oral surgeon placed a dental implant into my sinuses and allowed it to integrate (despite my year and a half of complaints that it never felt right and a CT scan showing it in my sinuses), I was finally sent to Dr. Jensen to take care of "the problem.".
Dr. Jensen was great! This wasn't an easy surgery to go through...having an implant that was stuck up into my sinuses removed, but he managed my pain and removed it. I incurred a great deal of expense in getting the initial implant and the crown that I ended up losing, too. Dr. Jensen wrote off some of the expenses of the removal, a very kind and generous act given that he was fixing someone else's work. He certainly did not have to write off any of his costs and I very much appreciated that.
All in all, losing an implant is very rough experience - monetarily and emotionally/physically. Dr. Jensen did everything in his power to make the process as comfortable as he could, given the circumstances. If I ever get the courage up again to get an implant, I will go to him for the evaluation and procedure. ~April K
