Excellent with the anesthetic. I was in and out of the chair in 20 minutes with no pain and virtually no anxiety. It doesn't even feel like I had a tooth pulled. Total insurance coverage and my cost was provided to me within 5 minutes of my walking in the door. Office could be dressed up a bit better. I can't imagine that "patient 5" went ot the same doctor I did.
