my daughter went in to get some implants removed. we drove six hours for a fifteen minute appointment scheduled at ten. we arrived at nine thirty. he took another surgery before ours and we ended up waiting until 11:30 to be seen. very frustrating when i am a doctor myself, have patients at home that need my attention and would never treat my clients this way.
