Wow! Dr. Yanagihara and his staff are so good!
I'm sitting here with gauze in my mouth right now. I just got home from his office -- he pulled two teeth. I've never had that done before... and I avoid pain like crazy, especially anything close to nerve endings! But Dr. Yanagihara and his assistant took great care of me and made this unpleasant necessity a very positive experience. I'm so amazed and impressed, and really grateful to have been referred to him.
I like the way he works: efficient and kind. Though I hope I never have to see him again ... and I didn't actually "like" having my teeth pulled!... I think he and his staff are awesome. I'd go back to him if I had to, and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs work done.
Also... at the end, his assistant went over the things I should and shouldn't do to care for myself, and I thought she communicated really well. Patient, mellow, easy to remember, and thorough. I felt like I got really great care all around. (And they sent me home with written instructions, too.)
One last thing: If I felt any discomfort, he'd stop and make adjustments. He didn't "push my limits," so I started to realize I could trust him. That's a big thing. I really appreciated that.
