I was very impressed with how modern and new the officeis. The staff is very friendly and made me feel welcome. Before starting the procedure Dr. Murphy explained what he was going to do and why. I didn't feel any pain during my crown procedure, I felt very comfortable and relaxed. I love my beautiful white crown. But there were few concerns. My new crowned tooth and the tooth next to it created a space, a food trap. My gums started to hurt and became sensitive. I had to floss that space after anything and everything that I ate. Sometimes food would get so far up my gum that my gums bleed while I did all I could to get the food out. I believe that what happened was that the crown too small. Dr. Murphy was glad to fix the problem by replacing the filling on the tooth next to the crown. He made the filling a bit larger to make the space smaller between the two teeth. I haven't had any problems after that. If I have questions or concerns with my bill, the office staff is quick to fix it without giving me hard time. I believe that they value their patience and they don't let small things to get in a way and lose their patients.
