Used this oral surgeon for my daughter's wisdom teeth extraction in 2000. I didn't know what my insurance paid - gave all info to his staff for them to determine. Turns out my insurance wasn't the greatest. They didn't say anything about money until we were there for the surgery. I promised to pay - it was all I could do at the time. I was turned over to a collection agency pretty quickly. Would not work with me at all! Paid it off- probably within a year! Just found out that they also put a ding on my daughter's credit report. I was the responsible party - not her. That's pretty low. Otherwise, he's an excellent oral surgeon.
About Front Desk: These folks didn't do their job... should've called me when they knew they would need over $1,000 over ins payment.
