The doctor is fine, but his front office staff is not helpful. They charged me up front for surgery, but did not refund my money after my insurance paid. It took more than a dozen emails, only to be told that their "policy" was refunds take 4-6 weeks! When I finally got a refund, they did not refund the full amount and have not explained why. Its unfortunate that this doctor does not have a better front office staff.
