I had stopped making my payments because I lost my job. Western Dental sent me to a collections agency and My 13 years old daughter still had the braces on. I called corporate and asked them what I could do to finish getting my braces worked on and they told me that I had a $2, 000 balance and after I pay off there collection agency RRS I would be able to continue getting my braces worked on for the remainder amount of time I had left. After I paid off the collection agency like they told me to I called corporate back and asked them when I can go in for the remainder of my treatments since I paid them off. They forwarded me to the Fremont, CA office to schedule an appointment. When I went in today they told me that I have to do a re-exam and sign a new contract and pay them another $4, 000. I was in complete shock and explained to them that I was told if I pay off my balance that I could finish my treatments. They never told me that I'd have to basically start over as a new patient and pay $4, 000 again! If I had known that why would I have paid the collection agency and thrown my money away like that???? I would have just gone somewhere else! My 13 years old daughter needs finish the treatment please help me!!!

Dr. Kurt is EXTREMELY personable! His entire staff are professionals that make your experience enjoyable. Just a nice group of people. Both my daughter and I have now used his services and we are extremely happy thus far! The Doctor personally calls to follow up with you after your visit - we love his personalized care.

Dr. Stormberg's office and staff are the most friendly and helpful group of people I have yet to encounter at a health facility. Dr. Stormberg himself is very pleasant and great with people, I feel completely comfortable and well saticefied with every visit! I have the Invisilign treatment and even though it's a bit costly, they set up a great payment plan that allows me to pay a reasonable monthly amount for 12 months with NO INTEREST. I love this office and the people truly are a pleasure to work with.

Dr. Kurt Stormberg is very professional, but smiles a lot. His office is so clean and neat. His staff.....the best people out there. Dr. Kurt Stormberg washes his hands before each patient and puts new gloves on also. He is so awesome about it. His office is kid friendly. The view from his dental chairs.....
Wow....Amazing! I always take advantage of the "pay all at once up-front and get a % discount." I also like the discount he gives for the 2nd child in braces. Appointments are always "on time." There is never any waiting time. We tell everyone who needs braces to visit Dr. Kurt Stormberg. His practice is TOP-NOTCH! I love my kids and they deserve the very best.

Complete staff is exceptional in service. You never have to wait in the waiting room very long. Everyone is very friendly, they all make a point to try to remember your name. All questions are answered in a way you can understand. Comfortable waiting area, movies and video games durring your wait time. Thourough in their work. I feel very comfortable recommending Dr. Stormberg.

Every member of the staff is extremely professional and they go out of thier way to leave me, the customer, feeling more than satisfied. There are SO FEW businesses today that provide this type of customer service, I tell everyone I know about Dr. Stormberg's staff whenever asked for an orthodontist recommendation (and sometimes even just in conversation when I want to bring up an example of a fabulous company. The hands-on staff who put on my daughter's and son's braces are wonderful and personable. They make my kids feel at ease the whole time. The staff who bill me, make new appointments, and answer phones are not only knowledgeable about every detail, but very friendly and helpful. I love these people!

I barely needed braces in the first place, but the treatment and progress was very slow. I seemed to have to point out problems with my teeth/braces I found myself. The receptions dress the same, trying to be "cute and all american" I presume. It's annoying. They are somewhat condecsending as well. Dr. Stormberg is nice, though. The place is very clean and organized.

I recently got my braces off ( for the 2nd time) and I love my teeth! Dr. Stormberg and his employee's are so wonderful. they even gave me champagne when I got my braces off, along with candy and lots of goodies. they really make you feel at home and really safe. Anytime I needed anything they were there. All the front desk ladies dress alike too, so adorable! Best place ever.

Dr. Stormberg has treated both of my children and they have such awesome smiles. It really is a challenge to find an office where you always see the same doctor and staff at all appointments but one that my children could hardly wait to get to. As a mother I truely recommend Dr. Stormberg as being very punctual as well as providing great patient care, as my time is very valuable with my hectic schedule.
