My child had braces 7-1/2 years plus, and still has braces. The doctor is never in the back doing treatment, that's why parents aren't allowed in. In 7-1/2 years, my child has seen Hershey only 4-5 times. All treatment is done by his "trained" girls, and who knows what their actual credentials are. They also threaten to drop you as patient if your child is a little lax on brushing. It's probably because it's been so long, and they are now losing a truckload of money every time they see my child, so have to make it seem like it's my child's fault that they can't get his teeth corrected. I've also heard from other parents that have had to take their kids to other orthos in order to correct what Hershey did. I wish I had checked around a LOT more with friends for their opinion before settling on this so-called doctor. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

I've been taking my son there. They are awesome. Kind and patient, Dr Hershey spent a lot of time with him explaining the procedures. My son is super comfortable there. Love the staff! Clean and friendly, works with you

We loved Dr Hershey and his staff except for a lady there named Lynn, she was plain rude and condencending, thought she was above people. We raelly enjoyed the whole staff except her.

it is a very comfortable environment and treats the patients like family! i have gone there for my braces for a couple years, and i love it there! i don't feel afraid when i walk into the lovely waiting room, i feel welcome. dr. hershey is the best!

This office is very clean! Dr Hershey is so pleasent and always upbeat and friendly. The staff are pleasent to everyone and they make it fun every month by having different drawings for a monthly winner. The waiting room has a game room for all ages. Its just the best place to go! My daughter had her braces for 2 years and we are pleased with the results.
