My child had braces 7-1/2 years plus, and still has braces. The doctor is never in the back doing treatment, that's why parents aren't allowed in. In 7-1/2 years, my child has seen Hershey only 4-5 times. All treatment is done by his "trained" girls, and who knows what their actual credentials are. They also threaten to drop you as patient if your child is a little lax on brushing. It's probably because it's been so long, and they are now losing a truckload of money every time they see my child, so have to make it seem like it's my child's fault that they can't get his teeth corrected. I've also heard from other parents that have had to take their kids to other orthos in order to correct what Hershey did. I wish I had checked around a LOT more with friends for their opinion before settling on this so-called doctor. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
