Dr. Bronsky is a pleasure to have as my orthodontist. He is a great listener and values my opinion and concerns throughout my treatment. HIghly reccomended. The support staff works "as one" which is difficult to come by!

The Orthodontic Assistants? Superb!
The Administrative Staff? One bad apple spoils the bunch. One of the receptionists (Heather) is very nice. The Latina (her name escapes me) should not work with people. I asked to have all my appts. at 8:00 so that I can be seen on-time b/c the one time I scheduled an afternoon appt. I ended up waiting for 50 minutes despite arriving 10 minutes early. Not too much to ask right? Not in her world. She acted as if I was making her life difficult and even went so far as to suggest that I take half a day off of work to make an afternoon appt. What the heck? I'm the patient, the one providing the funds for your paycheck, yet I should work around you?! I explained how difficult it is for me to leave in the middle of the day, especially when I normally work 10 hours/day. No dice. Said I was willing to come in anytime b/w 8 and 9. She still wouldn't budge. This is not the only example of her less than helpful behavior but we're limited on space and this is the best one. If it weren't for her I would enjoy going to Dr. Bronsky's well lit, modern office. But because of her I almost dread it which is a shame when you're spending close to $10000 and locked in for 2 years.

I was one of Dr. Bronsky's biggest fans, recommended friends and others to his office. It is unfortunate, but after using his services for 8 years, I will never return and would discourage any others from using his services. He is no longer into patient care and only interested in making money (after talking with others, I am not the only one who feels this way). He refused to address my concerns about a retainer that has broken two times and basically told me that "he is not running a free clinic" and that I should pay up. Well, after spending well over $10,000, I am hopefully well aware this is not a free clinic, but felt my concerns were legitimate and should have been handled with respect. But I guess that since my teeth are done and he no longer needs my business for check ups, he could care less. I am shocked and disappointed about the way I have been treated and feel that I should warn others to steer clear.

Wonderful orthodontist with wonderful staff. More than twice what I was quoted at another orthodontist, but well worth the money. I cannot imagine a better orthodontist.

This is a VERY well run office! Everyone is pleasant and thorough. Dr. Mark Bronsky is the best...he seems so connected and in tune to your needs in my treatment plan ( halfway done). Absolutely well worth the pretty penny!!

We had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Bronsky. He chose to do the most time consuming and expensive treatment for my child, resulting in over 7 years of braces versus the 2 years it should have taken. In addition, she needs costly implants as a result of his misdiagnosis. Fancy office, fancy prices, poor service

Just started my service with Dr. Bronsky. I searched for many dentists in the area, and I found out that he is considered the best for adult treatment.
