I am currently getting my teeth straightened (braces) through this orthodontist, which was a horrible mistake. Their customer service for someone who has payed almost $6000 dollars up front is more than disappointing. When my braces were first put on, I had all my brackets fall of. Not all at once, but slowly, they all eventually had to be replaced. They have an attitude with me when I want to get my bands replaced because I have the clear kind that get stained yellow from eating. Oh which reminds me of when I first asked about the cons of getting clear brackets and bands instead of metal ones they said there were no cons besides the fact that they were more expensive. I come to find out later that the bands get grotesquely stained yellow, when I asked around some friends told me that there orthodontists had warned them of this, unlike mine. The actual doctor hardly ever comes out to work on you and his assistants do all the work. Besides the exception of one assistant, they are all very slow when working on you. I can't tell you how many times I have had to go in because of a malfunction of my braces, and I don't eat anything off limits. I would not recommended giving them your business, don't waste your money here.
