Doctor Quentel is good. A perfectionist. He wants things just right which makes perfect teeth. Great chair- side manners. Cost is in reason. Downfall is his staff which has poor chair-side manners. Not all staff has bad chair- side manners but it only takes a handful to ruin your experience on more then one occasion.
About Front Desk: Front desk very helpful in scheduling and great phone manners. Returning calls not so great.

The worst dentist anyone can ever go to my son has been there for 4 years and they haven't taken his braces off They have the worst reception desk and are unfriendly to there customers. They can not give customers information of the time or what they have to do take his braces off. They will just keep taken people off there money.

Dr. Quental and staff is very dedicated to the community and to each and every patient. My experience with the office was great. I had 2 teenagers with braces at the same time. It was very hard for 1 teenager, it took a longer time for his braces to come off. Dr. Quental and the entire office was very patient with him. Needless to say, my son was very please when Dr. Quental got them off right before prom and he has a perfect set of teeth now. Kudos to the entire office.

Both my sister and I used Dr. Quentel. He was extremely pleasant, thorough, and our teeth look great. Unlike other orthodontists he did not want to pull any teeth so that we could have a full, beautiful smile. I love the outcome of my teeth. He is highly recommended by our family.

I have 2 teenagers with braces. I was told one would have braces for 1 1/2 years. The other would have braces 2 years maybe 2 1/2 years. Both have had their braces for 2 years and 8 months now. Appts times are not convenient. They close to early on Fridays and if you need an hour appt it has to be scheduled before 2:15 on any given day. God forbid they cancel your appt and reschedule you, you might wait 12 weeks for an appt. Teeth were moved wrong and had to be moved back...........:(
