Amazing experience. The staff was wonderful, they were great with my three year old. There office is actually out of network with my insurance, but their prices are cheaper than offices in network with me. My three year old did not want to leave. Can u imagine that a child not wanting to leave the dentist? God bless you guys.

Can't seem to get the braces correct after 2 years of treatment. Always blaming my daughter for everything that happens. Assistants don't have a clue what they are doing. Luckily had more $$$$$ with insurance and went to another orthodonists. The no going back to watch them work is another negative. We now have an open door policy with the new dentist which actually wants us to be in the room to explain step by step.

She started out as a great dentist but unfortunately the last 2 years, she has been terrible. My daughter broke a tooth and has had to have the build up done 6 times in a year and a half. After the 2nd time in 3 months of having it fall off, I made her promise to do the procedure herself instead of the other assistant who worked there. I found out later she lied and the assistant did the work. It fell off after 3 months. They tried to blame my daughter but the temporary that the emergency room put on lasted almost 2 years and Dr Strattmans didn't last more than 4 months.....My insurance refused to pay for another dentist since it was their mistake, so I gave them a couple more tries to fix it but after the 6th time, I am fed up. My daughter has endured incredible pain for nothing! Do not go here unless it is just a cleaning. They are incapable of doing anything else. Now I have a spacer that is half falling out and another buildup on her front tooth that fell off after 4 months and I have to pay another dentist to fix them both.

The office and staff are extremely child and parent friendly. I have had great experiences with their office. Great people - Great Care. My child had a tooth removed and several fillings. All costs were given to me upfront and I actually owed less than what they told me after the procedure was over. Also, she looks forward to getting toys/stickers after her good reports.
