I took my children there today for an appointment and I will not be back. The customer service was very poor. I had no communication with Dr. Phillips I had to ask who she. I found out that she was the person who walked us to the back. She did not introduce herself or make herself known. The only person there that showed any kind of customer service was Angie the assistant that cleaned/x-rayed my children teeth, the Doctor wanted her to makes us wait so that she could take care of someone that came behind us but thankfully she did not. For first time clints I know that we should have been treated better but I will not be returning.

Dr. Phillips is a great Doctor and her staff is also great! My kids enjoy going to Dr. Phillips

We always waited for hours. The dentist was good with our child but when the braces came off she painted some white substance on her teeth to cover up the discolored places left by the braces. It eventually began to peel off and has taken the enamel off her teeth. She is a beautiful young lady with terrible teeth. Dont let this happen to your child!

I would not go back to Dr. Phillips office, they are not a good dentist for children. They do not know how to handle children when they get restlessand/or upset. When the dentist assistance dont like something that you do, they will talk about you when you walk out of the room! They are rude, and unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone!

i would NEVER never reccomend this doctor to anyone!!!!! I have to sit in the hallway cuz there is no room in the waiting rooms for 2 hours every single freakin month!!! they are very unorganized and they messed up my teeth..i have braces and they accidently left a wire in my mouth..the wire got stuck in my gum and now i have an infection!!! i tried calling them but they are not picking up there phone..i have been calling for the past 2 days and i left a ton of messages but they havent replied!!! they are very unorganized..the other nurses dont know how to do anything..apparantly they are always confused!!!! uggghhhhh!!!!

We will never go back. I took my 6 year-old for her very first dental visit and not only did we wait 1 hour before we were seen, but we were in the office a total of 4 hours! That is TORTURE for a small child! The waiting room is extremely small and over crowded. The bill was huge. My daughter left in tears and not all of the work was done that was needed, so we had to go back again and I had to pay the cost of oral sedation AGAIN as it is not covered by insurance - $125! Then she got an infection on top of that!

Excellent service, great with children, would recommend to any and everyone. Office was very clean (new carpeting, and flooring), up to date equipment and instruments. Dr. Phillips has always provided an excellent atmosphere, catering to children.
