Awful chair side manner by the doc and his hygienist. There were no pleasantries or introductions, the hygienist called us from the waiting room, when we got up to go back to the room she said, "no mom, you wait here unless you want to expose your baby (I was pushing a stroller) to radiation. Strike one. I waited in the hallway where I could see the area he was in. They finished the X-ray and she returned him to me and escorted us to a room. No introduction, no talking with a nervous 5 yr old to explain what was going on. Strike two. The dentist came in and stuck his hand in my sons mouth again no introduction or pleasantries. Strike three! The doc started naming off things wrong with my sons teeth, didn't recognize that he'd lost teeth or had six year molars growing in. We left without completing the exam process. The only positive thing about the office was the front desk personnel. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone!

About Front Desk: Front desk was awesome, however, the dental staff needs to brush up on customer service skills

This was like a fast food chain for dental treatments. It was my kids first dental cleaning and I was horrified by the room the cleanings were done in. It was open with only a partial wall to the room they were doing drillings and other procedures and you could very loudly hear the kids screaming in that room. The cleaning room also had 6 cleaning chairs in and had kids crying in it. This did not ease my daughters reservations at all, but I tried to play all of this off and be very positive for her sake. There were also four children just wandering around both of these rooms and one would come and stand right over my daughter and watch while she was getting her teeth cleaned. My son was a champion and was just pleased to get to use the saliva vacuum stick. I will never go back here, even though it is one of only four dentists that my dental insurance covers. I would rather pay full price than to go to this office again.

Dirty office. No privacy--open concept. Would not let dad go in with 7-year-old to have a tooth pulled for the first time.

I remember my experiences with this dentist. the dental assistants were nice and compassionate to a certain point. The dentist on the other hand was not. I continued to have fear going to the dentist until I turned 13. I had a cavity to be filled and I was afraid. This dentist yelled at me and told me to be quiet!!! I told my mother eventually what had happened. I didn't say anything at first because I was just too scared. Maybe he has changed now. I hate to say bad things about people but I will never forget this experience!!!

Procedure was very painful for my daughter. Dr. Radord's chair-side manner is extremely poor. I will never visit this office again!!! Ever Never!!!

I gave this office a try but I was disappointed to have my root canal done on the wrong tooth.
