Dr. Smith himself is quite nice, though as it usually goes in my 2 visits I saw him for a total of 5 minutes. The dental assistant who saw me was nice and thorough as well. The problem with his practice however was that the office's person in charge of filing with the insurance was not very good. The claim was filed incorrectly so that I had to pay more out of pocket than I should have. After 3 months, I am still trying to get this properly resolved with his office.

He's competent, friendly and informative....when he is around. He obviously is phasing out his practice and whoever is taking over is a ghost dentist. I have had 4 appointments over the last 12 months and have never seen a dentist in that time.
Dr. Smith is leaving, and so am I
