Can't rate a dentist that won't even call a patient back!!!!!

About Front Desk: The office staff is a nightmare! First time I tried to contact thru their website...no response. I followed it up with several phone calls of no answer. Then I finally got thru to someone to find out that supposedly I was not on their list from my insurance company. Even though I had the letter from the insurance co. stipulating Scott Peters is my provider the office staff said that didn't really matter. Great first conversation and welcome....NOT! Then I finally made an appointment for my family of three to only find out that they made a mistake and then got that sorted to get a call later down the road to find out they didn't have it down correctly again. Then we finally went to the appointment and all is well. After this appointment I had several calls with Donna who doesn't listen to people talk but only interrupts so in the end she never heard what I was actually questioning or asking. She also hung up on me when I asked to speak to the dentist - Scott Peters. Donna has told me on my final call that the dentist does not wish to speak to me nor does he want my family to return to his office. Funny since after I finally got her to listen to what I was questioning she said she would try to get him to phone me. I said forget it...I can't be bothered anymore. All of this confusion because most of the staff at this dentist office can't communicate!! As for the dentist...I can't say much as he never called! I am shocked that I am not able to speak to or receive a call from a dentist who is treating my family!!!!

My visit was an emergency fix of a broken veneer front tooth. I was vacationing in San Diego and Dr. Peters was available on a Saturday afternoon. He gave me back my smile. I was extremely pleased with his service, staff and the fact that he saved my vacation!

Dr. Peters is an excellent dentist who made my visit stress free, and worked with my busy schedule. A pain free visit was important to me and doctor Peters is the first doctor in years that came through. Only wish I had found him sooner.

Dr Peters is simply the best dentist I could hope given my various dental needs over the years. His professionalism combined with his relaxed and pain-free treatment makes it easy to refer him to anyone looking for the best dental treatment around!!!

Dr. Peters is an amazing dentist!! One of the nicest people you will ever meet. He does excellent work. The staff is very warm and friendly. I have found the perfect dentist for me and my family :)

About Hygienist: the hygienist trish was absolutely great! Very nice and professional. She was gentle but got the work done. My teeth felt great afterwards!

Amazing office! I cant say enough wonderful things to say about the dental staff and my care I have recieved at Dr. Peters office for over a year now! They have taken wonderful care of me and my teeth! I have received fantastic care and treatment from routine dental check-up to a crown that was redone due to past poor dental care. They truly care about me! Dr. Peters and Sarah (assistant) made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I did not feel a thing during my crown preparation or my crown fitting! Thank you so much Donna, Yazmin, Sarah, Trish, & Dr. Peters for all your terrific care and hospitality!!!

I am so happy I found Dr. Peters. What a wonderful dentist and his staff is great too. I can't compliment him enough and have been very pleased with his work. Makes you feel comfortable and is very interested in your oral health. Cost is reasonable and I can only recommend him as the best dentist around this area.

I have lived and worked in various locations around the country and yet I have remained a patient of Dr. Peters for over 25 years. In short, Dr. Peters is simply the best when it comes to injections, relations with his patients and staff, and last but not least... his great dental work. I definitely recommend Dr. Peters to anyone looking for a dentist in the area!!!

When Dr. Peters was in dental school, I attended the dental clinic sponsored by University of the Pacific Dental School. I have been a patient of his ever since. I lived in Mazatlan, Sinaloa, Mexico for eleven years and I always arranged an appointment with him when visiting family in the United States. He is gentle, intuitive, attentive and accomodating. When I couldn't afford a treatment, he always worked something out for me. My smile is due to the excellent dental care I have received from Dr. Scotty Peters.

Dr peters has been the nicest dentist I've ever met. He made my teeth so much better looking. I had many bad experience with thedentist and dr. Peters made me as more comfortabe and I feel much more happy with my smile.
