I was quoted a certain price to have my lower denture completely done. When I received the denture it was larger than when I came in to the office and woulld not stay on my gums even with a large amount of adhesive. When I complained I was told that it would be allright. When I went back they tried to charge me for the first procdedure. The assistant did a very sloppy reline. I contacted my credit card company @ refused to pay for the terrible work . When I called the office they stated the billing person was out of the office.
They refused to accept my email. I had to send a certified letter with a carbon copy to my attorney before Dr. Bosse would call me. My lower denture is still very bad, worse than when I went in to the office. Now I am in need of a good dentist. The office staff is very pleasant as is Dr. Bosse but it is the worst dental work I have ever had. Be careful if you use this dentist that you get the procedure and the price that was quoted.
