We came for consult and surgery same day. Insurance information was given weeks prior to appointment. Was not informed they are out of network. Staff was very rude and after coordinating our other six kids and scheduling related to holidays, felt trapped and ended up over paying.
About Front Desk: Still can't believe they didn't tell us about insurance. Very rude and unhelpful.

I am currently a patient of Dr. Freeman, I was referred to him thanks to a friend , I had to get my wisdom theeth removed and I had heard many scary stories of people waking up or having pain during surgery for my experience it was amazing
I went ahead and called the office , for my surprise they told me I could go ahead and make a consultation and follow up with my surgery the same day , I thought it was great , the sooner the better.
the entire experience from start to finish was great , their office was so relaxing and beautiful . ! Dr freeman team are extremely professional and polite woman they make sure to make you feel welcome and comfortable from the moment you walk in , to follow up care and scheduling appointments.
These ladies helped me a lot with a smile and very nicely to help me in anyway they could.
I was very nervous about the surgery but when I had my consultation with Dr Freeman he told me all the steps and what to expect from surgery , I felt more confident and educated after and I decided to go ahead with the surgery the same day .
they were also so nice to call and verify my insurance, I thought the waiting time was going to be longer but it was faster than I thought. His staff prepared me for the surgery , they had also explained me what to do and not to do before surgery, his assistants were so nice very friendly and relaxing , they also explained everything that was going on , then Dr freeman walked into the room to start the surgery , I have to say I'm always afraid of needles but I didn't even knew the IV was in , not pain at all , the last thing I remember was the assistant administrating the laughing gas ,then I was awake and they told me I was done , it felt like it was a heartbeat , no pain at all quick and efficient , I was so satisfied with the procedure .
I highly recommend Dr Freeman and his staff.

I had my Wisdom teeth extracted. The office looks beautiful. I had to wait 30 minutes from my schedule appointment time but I'm sure this is normal for a surgeon office. Dr. Freeman is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my procedure. The nurse was very nice. She gave me a blanket because I was cold. She also made sure to explain the after care to my sister who was going to take care of me after my surgery. You might have to wait a bit but once it's your turn they make sure your well taken care of.
About Front Desk: I'm happy the front lady was change. The new lady Fauxy is very nice. She told me what the total cost of my surgery was and then verified what the insurance estimate of coverage would be. She explained that this was only an estimate and until the claim is submitted she would not know the exact amount of what the Insurace would pay.

I had extraction done with implants. I was concern at first because i though i was going to be with out teeth. After Dr Freeman explain the procedure I was impress at the fact that I was going to have extraction, implant and teeth the same day. I decide to get it done as soon as possible. I have visit several doctors before dr freeman, but no body met my high standard like he did, I mean this dr knew what he was talking about. personally I think his best doctor ever. I am please with his professionalism and staff.

Dr Freeman is the best surgeon I had ever met, I had to get my wisdom extracted I was so scared that I though of not getting the procedure done, until I went for a consult with Dr Freeman explain to me why is was important to get it done. He took his time to explain everything that he was going to do, I felt a relief and comfort after he talk to me. Not only that he help me understand the procedure, but help me out finically. I had no insurance was low on cash, staff recommended care credit and that also took care of my worries. Thank you :)

Dr Freeman is excellent however this fact is completely negated by the incompetent and frustrating receptionist one has to deal with in his office. This ridiculous woman will waste your valuable time and cause headaches for you beyond comprehension. And she will neither take responsibility nor apologize for her complete mismanagement. If you wish for a smoother less stressful experience, I would advise going elsewhere.

Front office receptionist seemed stressed out and unhappy. I was uncomfortable and more anxious about having my teeth extracted during my 4 hour wait until I had the surgery.
Dr. Freeman and his assistants in the examination room and surgery room were friendly and professional. There has been very little discomfort after the procedure.

He is great! My teen had four impacted wisdom teeth out at one time and it could not have gone better. He is a very personable doctor and my daughter and I felt at ease with him. He is also a plastic surgeon! So I felt he was extremely qualified to perform surgery on my daughter. I have always heard great reviews from friends and I would not hesitate to use him again!

Dr. Freeman made the whole experience of getting all four of my wisdom teeth out a wonderful experience. He also removed three of my wife's wisdom teeth, too. We both loved having him as our oral surgeon.
