I met Dr. Cole a few months ago and in a short time, he resolved a twenty-year old dental issue. I just completed some extensive work that included an extraction, root canal and bridge replacement. I did not experience one second of pain during or after the procedure. Dr. Cole and Brandy were a fantastic team and I left with a temporary bridge that looks perfect. The entire team is incredibly warm and helpful. My best dental experience ever

About Front Desk: Warm and helpful.

About Hygienist: Fantastic team!

Had Mercury removed and several crowns. It was expensive but then I got what I paid for. I wouldn't go to someone else if they were cheaper. He cares about his patients dental health for the long term. I live over 72 miles away (one way) and make the trip because I believe he has my best interest at heart. I never felt like he was rushed, in fact when I am there I feel like I am the only one there. When I leave I feel so relaxed.

Referred to Dr. Cole based on his reputation as a progressive, alternative dentist, concerned with overall patient health and advocate of non-metal dentistry. He successfully removed several amalgams over time. Chair side manner is pleasant, but rigid, and overall feel of the office and staff is one of a "tightly run ship". Some refer to this type of environment as being managed by a "dental dictator". I would have to agree with that assessment. He also performed work in an effort to repair a poor filling from a previous dentist, but actually left a gap between molars. I pointed this out on several occasions, to which he replied that he would fix this later on down the road. Very odd at the time, and even now. As now many dentists have abandoned amalgam and metal I'm not sure I would recommend or return to his practice. Even more so since his office does not deal directly with insurance claims, or at least that was the case when I was a patient.

About Hygienist: Stereotypically fussy about my lack of flossing discipline, I often felt that the chastisement went overboard. Actually found myself reluctant to return as a result.

Dr. and his staff are great for dental health. The hygenists are excellent at cleaning yet gental with the instruments. They practice with a lot of knowledge about health issues.

Dr. Cole does good work and is clearly very competent. He has a good chairside manner and pleasant staff. My veneer and porcelain crown look great, but I have had problems with my veneer falling off. I am willing to ascribe the veneer problems to the technology, not to Dr. Cole. My main complaints about the practice are the extremely high cost of treatment, very long waiting times to get appointments (often 2-3+ months), and their inability to stay on schedule (30-45 minute delays are common).

Great dentist but unfortunately refuses to deal with insurance. You pay everything upfront and have to do mail the insurance paperwork.
