I wish I would have read these reviews before going to this dentist. A waste of my morning, very unprofessional and rude. I left the office without having my cleaning done, I am in a bad mood just from interacting with this dentist, very toxic energy. Dirty, rundown dated facilities. Extremely disrespectful towards staff, absolutely no costumer service or people skills. Horrible experience. Kept me waiting in the room for around 45 minutes while I heard him yelling at his staff, and telling the only other patients there (mother and child) not to interrupt him while he was talking, and that if they didn't want to wait they could find another dentist that it was ok and other patients would come if they left. I cannot imagine anyone going there more than once. I answer my phone in the room just told the person to call back and he said he could do the precedure on me because phones were not allowed and I didn't follow the rules, he hadn't even started and after having me wait for so long I just left, did not want to get any more upset than I already was just being around him and seeing his ways. The worse experience I've ever had with a healthcare provider. He should not be practicing. No wonder his practice is a failure.

Poor facility, poor bedside manner.... hard to get in touch with.
leaves work half finished. After a visit to his office my son got an infection from the dirty tools and office is very dirty. I had to go to a specialist and he would not return my money for services that he did not finish, I chose to find another dentist that speaks and understands English better, communication was very poor as well as his bed side manner......
Don't expect much if you go there..... likes to drill on your teeth without giving any injections first , no empathy for the patient.
About Hygienist: filthy offices....... I would find a cleaner office with friendlier people.

Very dirty facilities, rude, hard to get hold of, work is poor, stressed with just dealing with him, had to have follow up work done after his work and go to a Medical Dr. afterward for infections.

On August 6, 2007 monday 9am I took my 7yr old dauhgter to this Dr. John Rojas at the 2925 West TC Jester suit4 77018. Not a kid friendly atmosphere. Filthy walls in the back. Dirty equipment. Lack of communication very little english. This Dr. Rojas has no patients with children in my book. He called out to my daughter after giving her a shot in her mouth to numb her. That whats wrong, why do you cry? your not a baby. he didn't help her feel calm or talk to her. His assistant used force on my daughter holding her arms down then of course my daughter reacted in a form where she felt she couldn't breath. As traumatizing as it was sitting there watching this I tried to keep my daughter calm and after the Dr. slapped down his gloves down a couple of times as if he had enough trying going into his office shuting the door the assistant tells my daughter that she will remove the mouth piece that holds the jaw open only if she stops crying, but in the tone like a mean kind of way. Then I was removed from the room which helped them believe I made my child nervouse. The Dr. approaches me later and has the nerve to tell me that my child has issues. I was like I can't believe what I am hearing. Trying to clean up his act now....Beware!
