Did very bad job on my implant, bad customer service, lag of communication with patient.

I am a new pattient of doctor Bui .
I 've found his ad on Asian voice Radio , and BYN and VAN tv55.2
I made appoinment 2 weeks from that day i came to his office.
at 11:am on 11/6 /10.
I signed in at 10:35am
after filed an application for new pattient , I was told seat for waiting to see the doctor .
Can't believe i was waiting 2hour 10 minute in the waiting room,
after complained to the receptionist , finally i was brought inside and sat on the dental chair , at that moment i thought evrything will be allright , but it was not true !!!! I kept seating on dental chair waiting for doctor Bui again !!!.
I don't really know how best he is or like the other dentists ,
trying to get too many pattient in order to get more money and does't care how long they wait for service !!!
After all , I can't not wait any longer , I"ve told the receptionist for another appointment .I left his Doctor Bui at 1 :49 pm
Since, i came to doctor Bui office untill i left . I lost more than 3 houres for nothing !!!
Actually , it was not his fault , the staff services is not good at all
I would not recomment this dentist office to any friend or familly member of me

Dr. Bui is a scholar and a great dentist.
His office is lovely,

Dr. Bui explains very well about his procedure, followed with photographs in his past cases on other patient. The photograph includes all the intermediate steps, and the final results. I feel very comfortable knowing that he is very confident in his field of full mouth reconstruction. The implant on my front teeth is very natural, and you cannot tell if it is a crown on an implant. Dr. Bui customized the crown and achieved 100% color match. Finally, his cost is very reasonable. St. Nicholas dental is definitely a place to be when you have any problem.
