Dr. Campbell did a lot of work to restore my teeth, for which I am grateful. I did have a filling done on a front tooth approximately 5 months ago, and the filling recently fell out! Dr. Campbell told me that I had a cavity behind the filling which caused it to come out, but he performed the work to remove the bad part of the tooth when he did the first filling! I feel this should not have happened. I was also charged the full fee to replace the filling. My whole family became patients at Dr. Campbell's office in the last year. When we received our cleanings from Camille, each of us, (my husband, myself, and my daughters,) experienced a lot of discomfort. After seeing the hygienist, my kids were afraid to go for future cleanings. My husband and I felt the same way. Recently my husband and daughter went in to have their second cleaning in 6 months with Camille. My husband came out with a cut, and skin missing off the inside of his bottom lip. He said that the cleaning was worse than the first one. My daughter came out of her cleaning and said the hygienist really hurt her. I contacted JoAnna and Dr. Campbell. They showed no compassion at all, and said they had never heard such a complaint! If Camille hurts you, please speak up!

I hate going to the dentist. My husband finally convinced me to use his and I am so glad he did. I needed to have a wisdom tooth pulled, a cavity filled, and a cleaning. I was referred to a dental surgeon for the extraction and Dr. Campbell did the other stuff. I am very impressed with how meticulous Dr. Campbell was. His bedside manner is excellent and you feel very confident that you are getting the best care. My previous dentist didn't have some of the luxuries like movies and headphones. I never realized how much of a difference in the dental experience they make. Also, his staff is excellent and really know what customer service is all about. This was my best experience with a dentist - ever! His hygienist is great! I have never had a hygienist do such a thorough job on my teeth. She was extremely nice and was as meticulous as Dr. Campbell. I felt like she really took her time and did an excellent job. She also pointed out some wear on my teeth that I was not even aware of.
