My Dr sent me to Dr. Glaros for metal (mercury) fillings removal & due to his updated knowledge of mouth medicine! He used ozone to prevent another filling - which worked! He tested me to find what materials my body would accept before putting them in my teeth. I appreciated that ALOT. He is funny and kind. And doesn't digitally scan (like xray) me unless necessary. And they work around my schedule when getting an appointment. I like their soothing waiting room but never sit in there over 5 minutes.

About Front Desk: They always know my name and history. They offer me paperwork to explain procedures, new science finding, cleaning protocol. About anything. I feel like they care about me and want me to make informed decisions.

About Hygienist: She is reactive, patient, and really wants me to keep my teeth! She explains in detail and suggests products for me. My teeth feel clean and I feel educated when leaving.

Excellent dentist and excellent, courteous staff. I had my old mercury fillings removed (safely). They educated me about mercury fillings and the entire process beforehand, and then told me what they were doing during each step. The staff made me feel very comfortable (even though I I get anxious at the dentist). The facilities and equipment are modern, and the rooms are open and light (which is ideal for people like me who get that closed in feeling). I would highly recommend Dr. Glaros and his staff to anyone.

I have been going to Dr Glaros for 10 years now and could not be any happier!!! He shows you the true "standard of care" for his patients. Hes very informative and keeps up with the new advances to better his patients. I just had a crown done there and it was done in 1 visit! NO HAVING TO COME BACK! I also love that they dont use anything on you that is bad. They do a compatability test to see which materials will react best with your body and thats what they use. They also have a massage chair that you can sit in and relax if you wish to before you leave. The staff is the BEST ive ever seen.. very friendly and willing to help at any time. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

About Hygienist: The hygienist that is at the office is the most professional one I have ever been to. She truly cares about what she does and is very thorough.

I have been here for two cleanings and a cavity filling. I think hes a wonderful dentist and am so glad to have found a natural dentist. I travel 30 minutes to get here and wouldnt if I didnt think he was good. They test you for any materials you are allergic to prior to any work being done, give you music, low radition xrays, color therapy glasses, homeopathic meds after xrays...its just so cool. The lady that helps with my cavity was so sweet, too. Made you feel so comfortable.

About Hygienist: I love my hygienist! She gets my teeth so clean and really cares.

I have gone to Dr. Glaros for 4 years now and have always been pleased with my dental care and treatment. Dr. Glaros truly cares about his patients and their dental health. He does excellent work and listens closely to all of your concerns. His office and staff is very organized. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Glaros for dental care and treatment.

About Hygienist: Ziem is very thorough and is a great teacher when it comes to dental care. I Always leave there with confidence in my dental care and knowledge on better home care.

I gave the facilities a 3/4 because even though it is an old building, the equipment looks relatively nice. I gave customer service a 1/4 because the manager and Dr Glaros were quite rude to their staff. I gave a 1/4 for stress because several comments were made to the staff by the manager about how incompetent they are, and it made me quite uncomortable. I gave treatment success a 2/4 because I have not had any problems with the work I had done. I went to the office several months ago for a checkup and Dr Glaros talked me into replacing all of my silver fillings because they were bad for me. I have been researching how bad the fillings are, and it seems to me that if the fillings were really bad, there would be a mass recall by the FDA, or a lot more things in the news about it. All in all, I just felt very uncomfortable at the office, and feel like I got 'talked into treatment' more than needing it, which was quite expensive by the way, so I gave a 1/4. I would not recommend Dr Glaros to anyone, therefore I give a 1/4 as the overall recommendation.
