She is very professional and treats you with the upmost respect. She makes sure that you are very comfortable and that you are as pain free as possible. The price is extremely reasonable especially with the awesome work she does! I would recommend her to anyone looking for any kind of dental work. I will continue to use Dr Hawthorne for all my dental needs! I honestly do not have one negative thing to say about her or her staff! They helped me out greatly and explained everything to me. I have insurance and they do go over what they do and do not pay for. They are very honest and up front with you about your dental needs and your payments. They also helped me get the Carecredt card to help pay for what my insurance did not cover. Going to the dentist is far from a nice vacation but they make your visits as comfortalbe as they possibly can. They go out of their way to make you at feel at ease!

I left the office in total amazment. My young toddlers want to go back to the dentist already. What a caring and gentle staff! All questions were answered and explained in great detail. The part I love is that I wasn't ridiculed for not having been to the dentist sooner(I have lots of work to be done). I had been to other places, and the prices for the work is much more affordable here than anywhere else in the area. I can't wait to go back again. We have found our new family dentist. Definatly a keeper!!!

Dr. Hawthorne and the Brookshire Staff are great. They are all very professional yet personable. Whenever my family and I walk in I always feel like I'm there to see friends. All of them make us as comfortable as possible and the great tv's in front of you help get your mind off of the fun going on inside your mouth. From the hygenist, to the assistants, to the doctor and the front staff you can't ask for more!

I was recently referred to Dr. Hawthorne by a friend. I went to the office knowing I would have to have 2 Root Canals done. I was very nervous, but Dr. Hawthorne and her staff were great in helping to calm my fears. I have now become a regular patient and can't wait to have my family come on board as well.

I first found the office to be very nice and clean and modern. I was expecting them to give me a $1000 list of things I needed, but was surprised of their honesty. All I needed was a good cleaning and one filling. Castle dental took me for a ride saying I needed 8 fillings three years ago. I was nervous and Dr. Hawthorne is very pleasant in nature and comforting. She is also very gentle and I felt absolutely no pain during the filling process (even the shot to numb it was painless). I can't refer enough people to her. Nor can I thank her enough for proving to me not everyone in the dentist industry is out to make money and not relationships with their patients. We need more caring people like this whole office of professionals. Thanks Brookshire Dental Team, ya'll are the BEST :)

I have recenty located Dr Hawthorne near my home who is also a PDP (preferred dentist) under my insurance (Metlife). Me and my husband has been her patient since Oct 2006. We have done xrays, profilaxis, fillings and denture. We have been happy and satisfied with their service. Dr Hawthorne is very gentle, listens well to patients needs and very friendly as well as the dental assistants. The receptionist is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable on insurance claims. Their facility is very neat and clean, inviting, very relaxing and convinient as well. You will be able to watch cable channels while being treated . You can view your dental xrays on the computer in front of you, not the manual chart which is very cool and unique. GREAT FACILITIES AND SERVICE.
