After waiting three weeks for an appointment on July 10th, I received a voicemail on July 9th indicating Dr. Goodman would be out of the office and someone would call to reschedule the appointment. To date, Juiy27th, no follow-up courtesy call to reschedule the appointment.
If Dr. Goodman's service is as unprofessional, I am glad the appointment was cancelled.

She is the worse dentist I've ever had and I'm more than 50 years old.
After my routine cleaning she came in and said I had 2 small cavities. I couldn't believe it as I had had my teeth cleaned every 6 months and the fact that the occurance of cavities in my age group is uncommon.
I said, " Since they are so small then do the fillings without novicane." She answered O.K.
That was the beginning of the most terrible experience with a dentist in my life. She ruined 2 of my molers by drilling the entire top surface away and went just short of the nerve and filled both teeth with a resin filling. The next day I was in such pain I went back to hear office and she simply said, " there was just small bubbles" and proceeded to repair the resin. I was never able to chew or put any pressure on these teeth.
After 2 years I finally had root canals on both teeth and crowns by another dentist. I can't believe she is still in this profession. Beware!!!!
By the way, I got my xrays from the dentist I had before her and the ones taken during the cleaning at her office and had a third dentist look at both sets, he said, " I didn't do the clinical but, I don't see evidence of cavities"

Very thorough, self assured, patient friendly, ease of anxiety or pain, skilled, educated, able to relate to patient on receiving end of procedure.
Office staff friendly, place kept clean, timely in appointment response. I highly recommend Dr. Goodman, she is the best I've experienced in 20 years in San Antonio area.
About Hygienist: Dion is the Hygenist and he is complete in cleaning and check-up, alert to patient's comfort level.

I brought all 6 of my children to Dr. Goodman and we were treated with the most courteous respect and appreciation. All of the staff there are so sweet and friendly, all the way from the phone manners to the xrays to the Dr. herself. My children love going to the dentist thanks to this office. We have had all sorts of work done and I could not be more pleased. She is gentle and does a superior job explaining the procedures.
I highly recommend Dr. Goodman for all of your family needs. She will make you want to SMILE!!!!

Dr. Goodman is wonderful! She's very friendly, outgoing, gentle and compasionate. Everyone on her staff is attentive and friendly. Not only do I go to her, but I take my 2 year old daughter as well. We always leave happy!
