Very poor customer service.Would never go to see him again.Think twice before seeing him,,,Dr Price has very bad people skills.

I have seen Dr. Ray since I got my braces off well over a decade ago. I continued to see him when I went away for college, when I moved to Herndon, then Reston, then Leesburg. He is a great dentist, understanding, knowledgeable, patient, and good with kids as well as adults. He has a sense of humor while still being professional. My entire family sees him and he remembers not just our mouths but how we're doing outside the office too. Never had any problems with Dr. Ray or his practice. To the person who said they were bounced around between dentists, just ask for the same one when you reschedule. I've seen Dr. Ray and Ozra with most every appointment for the last 15 years.

About Front Desk: Never had any problems with front desk staff. Always professional, polite, willing to assist with understanding insurance or scheduling, etc.

About Hygienist: Ozra is a sweetheart. I see her every time. She is professional and does a great job with my teeth, but she is also personable and has a crazy-good memory; she has been seeing my entire family (parents and siblings) for over a decade and always remembers from the last visit to ask how the vacation was or how school is going. She and Dr. Ray make a good team!

no good from the front desk to the doctor! all they want is your money and don't care about how patient feel. if you have problem or not happy about the treatment they attitude is change! they are so fake and two faces so watch out!!! I wish I never go there in the 1st place they are so horrible in and out!! wasting my time and money on no good dentist like Dr. ray office!

Dr. Ray and his office is highly professional. I went for my annual cleanings and met him briefly afer the cleaning. He seemed to be caring and listened to me. I would recommend him for general dentist work. His office is very efficient. He has great bed side manners as well.

My overall experience with this office has been negative primarily because I am bounced around from one dentist to another. Other dentists offer more convenient office hours and extended services so I will probably switch in the near future.

The team at Dr. Ray's office is fantastic. They are just genuinely caring, and take and interest in you as a person not just the next patient in a long line of patients. The office is extremely clean and bright. The waiting room is large and has a small play area for kids. When we took my son (three at the time) for his first visit, they took the time to explain exactly what tools they were going to use and why, and let him examine them before they did any work on him. This really made his first visit pleasant. He actually enjoyed it! The girls at the front desk are also very accommodating. They always helped us when we had a tight schedule to fit us in, and never gave us a problem when we had to cancel on short notice. As for billing and insurance, we never had any problems. We recently left the area, and were very sorry to have to leave them.

About Hygienist: Ozra was always my hygienist. She was the best. Very gentle, and kind, but she always hassled me about flossing - even when I did every day : )

Dr. Ray is the best dentist I've ever been to. His chair-side manner is gentle and calming. I recently had to have a crown put in and it came out looking very nice and the bite was correct. The staff is pleasant and efficient. I especially like the reminder calls a couple of days prior to appointments. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Ray to anyone in need of a good dentist .
