I have seen Dr. Ray since I got my braces off well over a decade ago. I continued to see him when I went away for college, when I moved to Herndon, then Reston, then Leesburg. He is a great dentist, understanding, knowledgeable, patient, and good with kids as well as adults. He has a sense of humor while still being professional. My entire family sees him and he remembers not just our mouths but how we're doing outside the office too. Never had any problems with Dr. Ray or his practice. To the person who said they were bounced around between dentists, just ask for the same one when you reschedule. I've seen Dr. Ray and Ozra with most every appointment for the last 15 years.
About Front Desk: Never had any problems with front desk staff. Always professional, polite, willing to assist with understanding insurance or scheduling, etc.

About Hygienist: Ozra is a sweetheart. I see her every time. She is professional and does a great job with my teeth, but she is also personable and has a crazy-good memory; she has been seeing my entire family (parents and siblings) for over a decade and always remembers from the last visit to ask how the vacation was or how school is going. She and Dr. Ray make a good team!
