I want to thank Dr. Morrison for being very calming for my 76 year old mother who needed a root canal. She did not have insurance but the staff worked with us and they were very pleasant and treated us with dignity. The young lady that I spoke with in billing was very helpful and patient with me as she answer my questions.

My dentist referred me to Dr Morrison for a root canal redo. It also had an abscess. Dr Morrison's two assistants EACH took turns testing each tooth to see if the nerve was live. They ratcheted up the device, said to let them know when I felt something cold. When they touched one tooth, it felt like an electric shock. The pain was so great both arms flew up and out and my body felt like it rose a few inches from the chair. They both laughed and jumped back. They told Dr Morrison which tooth was live and he REPEATED it. HE also jumped back and laughed. No anesthetic was administered before jabbing the needle in. The block he put in my mouth was much too large and I told them. They refused to change it. And now 5 months later, my jaw on the side he worked on still pops when I close it. I received no follow-up call. Two weeks later, still in pain, I called the office twice, left a message both times. I never received a return call. I consulted an oral surgeon who told me that the tooth had a hairline fracture (he sent a letter to the referring dentist stating this) and the tooth would have to be removed. He said I shouldn't have had a root canal redo. I asked for a refund of the $690. He refunded 1/2

I had a root canal retreated. Dr. Morrison made sure that he had all the information that he needed before he would begin treatment. He was wonderful. He explained his game plan to me before he started. The staff in the office were very professional and helpful. I would recommend Dr. Morrison to anyone!!!

I was referred to Dr. Morrison and I am so glad. He immediately put me at ease with his demeanor and made me as comfortable as one can be while having a root canal. His office was like a spa and I felt surprisingly relaxed considering I had so much anxiety about the procedure prior to coming. My case was a particularly difficult one, but Dr. Morrision handled it with incredible professionalism and sensitivity. His bedsise manner and his incredible skill made for a great experience. I had the procedure yesterday and today I have NO pain. I know it isn't like this for everyone, but I after a weekend of excruciating pain, I was thrilled I was referred to Dr. Morrison. I recommend him enthusiastically. Denise Hamilton

I was referred to Dr Morrison by my dentist, I was in an accident and eventually needed 2 root canals on my front teeth..ugh but Dr Morrison and staff really made feel at ease. I was concerned that he was not on my dental plan but his expertise and caring treatment made it worth the expense of seeing him. I was in a lot of pain and they were able to get me in within a few hours, THANKS Dr Mo for all your help. HIGHLY recommended!!
