Every procedure is different I had root canal I was told it was the most painful thing to have done with her experience and professional manner it put me at ease.

About Front Desk: The front desk is pretty good if you in pain they will fit you in and fix the problem.

About Hygienist: Debra has done my cleanings and I'm very happy with her she is very professional.

My Experience: Crown

I know this doctor: I've been going to Dr. Cathy Tran for several years now.

Watch out! I have seen her for 2 years. They did claimed my insurance on annual exam twice since they knew my insurance had not reached maximum. When I found out it, they said they did not know what the second claim was for. Not only that, they even charge on explanation provided by Dr. Tran about how to floss. I had root canal and got crown. But their price for root canal is much expensive than the price of endodontist that is specialist in root canal. And Dr. Tran did not even refer me to endodontist. Fortunately, my coworker informed me of the best endodontist in Austin. Dr. Tran asked me how I went to see the best endodontist. She knows my dental insurance covers a lot. She strongly recommend I need night guard. But I went three dentist for second opinion. The three dentist said my teeth are good and not in need of night guard. With my those experience, I stop going to Dr. Tran.

About Hygienist: I had cleaning from Elizabeth, Hygienist multiple times. She said my gums were not healthy so I needed to get cleaning every three months. When I went to see three other dentists, I asked about it. All of the three disagreed and said my gums are good and my teeth are good so every 6 months are proper for cleaning.
