We always love to go the the Renwick Family Dentistry office. We feel like part of the family and she and her staff or very friendly, understanding and helpful. We have had teeth filled and crowns done and have not felt any pain or discomfort. All our procedures or done very gently and all of her staff have good chair-side manners. The hygienist is very gentle also and our teeth never hurt after she has cleaned them. We recommend this office to anyone.

Although she did give some explanations of treatment and care, her chair-side manner was nowhere near warm and friendly. I also felt that extra procedures were suggested as add-ons to make a bigger sale, not that I fully needed them.

About Hygienist: Hygienist was the biggest negative for me. She was very condescending and make me feel like I was an idiot on taking care of my teeth and gums. This was the first time I had ever been diagnosed or treated for Periodontal Disease; I had a great deal of shock and concern -- instead of helping me through it, she made me feel like I was a loser for having to have this treatment. I had always thought I took good care of my teeth -- she made me feel like I never brushed my teeth, and never told me that PD can be caused by medications as well, including one I took before its onset.
