She is a kind dentist. I got several cavities filled by her, which are still fine after 4 years. I also did my ortho with her using the clear braces, which make me realize some of shortcomings in her service. First her husband is helping her to run the office, who appeals to me to be very rude most of the time. For the ortho, I can tell she is not so good at it from my experience with her. She does not always listen to what you prefer, but would rather do it in the way she think is the best/economical. There are some errors in making my retainer as well.

Dr. Feng, among other Chinese dentists, offers very good prices for dental treatment. However also as other dentists, the services are not great. She did a bridge for me after substracting the tooth root. The tooth substration process was painful and lengthy, while the bridge process after one week of the substraction went smoothly without any pain. However, to my great surprise, the space between my teeth was not filled as I had expected, and the crown is too small to cover the space. I am mad at this result, but Dr. Feng said that's the best she can do and it would cost way more than what I paid if I want a perfect bridge. Anyway, I have decided not to go to a Chinese dentist any longer, and surely would not reconmend anyone to go there for a major treatment.
